Pacific Unlimited, Inc., is a family owned holding company founded in 1986 by Juan T. Limtiaco. The company consists of several divisions: Pacific Trucking, Fleet Services, Far East Equipment, Pacific Topsoils & Compost, Subsistence Prime Vendor, Manhita Farms, and H2O Partners.

Synergies between the divisions provide solutions to customers through collaboration among each division.

Pacific Trucking has grown from a one tractor operation to a fleet of more than 20 tractors and a myriad of specialized equipment. Pacific Trucking specializes in container hauling, construction related support services, warehousing, freight forwarding, and 3rd Party Logistics services.

The relationships Fleet Services has developed with customers and vendors is the heart of the company's philosophy. The company is a certified ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) truck, bus and heavy equipment shop. Fleet Services offer ASE certified mechanics that have formal technical and factory training for the various equipment the company serves. Mechanics receive continuing education training on the latest electronic engines and controls in order to stay updated on the latest the industry has to offer.

Far East Equipment was established by John A. Limtiaco and James S. Moir Jr. in 2005 in Guam. Far East Equipment is owned 50% by Pacific Unlimited, Inc., and 50% owned by Mid-Pacific Guam, Inc., a subsidiary company of Mid-Pacific Industries, Inc., which is owned and operated by James S. Moir Jr. of Woodland, California. Far East Equipment is the local distributor for John Deere agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, Generac Generators, Auto Car Trucks, Vermeer Equipment, Kalmar/Ottawa Truck, Hiab Cranes, Moffet Forklifts, Kalmar Forklift, Raymond Electric forklift and Landoll trailers. Far East is also the general sales Agent for Toyota Forklifts.

Pacific Topsoils & Compost accepts untreated wood and Greenwaste and food waste. We produce mulch and compost and distributes erosion control products. The company's mulch landscaping products are for anyone with large or small areas who want to maintain outdoor areas, reduce costs, control weed growth, and beautify landscapes. The compost products are locally manufactured at our facilities in Ordot and Yigo. Our Flitrexx erosion control products are a superior alternative to the silt fence products to divert, control and trap sediment.

Pacific Unlimited was awarded a five year contract to support the Subsistence Prime Vendor operations on Guam. The United States Defense Logistics Agency awarded the contract to Pacific Unlimited for the supply and delivery of semi-perishable and perishable food items to the U.S. Military and federally funded customers. Pacific Unlimited began operations in February 2014.
